Jessica is one of the most attentive people I have ever worked with in my adulthood. I gave her just a few different requirements for our trip on a cruise this summer. My husband and I are both public school teachers and we need a massive break as soon as school gets out. We wanted a cruise in mid June that was very kid friendly, and required us to make NO decisions whatsoever. :) Enter Jessica, and in a few short attempts, she found the right one for an incredible price. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the price! It fit all our requirements and then some! My husband and I are very savvy travelers and we usually book everything ourselves, but after working with Jessica, I don’t think we’re going to be doing that ever again when it comes to our big family vacations! Jessica was a delight to work with. She did a great job planning our family trip, down to every detail. She was readily available during the planning process, and even during our trip when we had just a few questions. She proactively confirmed all of our accommodations and excursions, so everything was EXACTLY the way we thought it to be, and even better! She also provided us with a folder that had every detail down to the hour of our days, confirmation numbers, contact person, phone numbers, prices, and QR codes and print outs of our train tickets. She also had us download an app that showed the same information, right at our fingertips! It really was a seamless trip.
